Our email and phone support package is designed for start-up companies with fewer than five employees, including directors, or as a support function for established companies that have their own resident occupational health and safety advisor.

This service is designed for small or new businesses that need extra support to ensure health and safety compliance.

• A comprehensive three part health and safety policy
• 3 Tender documents
• 10 H&S risk assessments
• 10 COSHH assessments
• 10 PUWER assessments
• 10 Manual handling assessments
• Complimentary PAT
• Fire extinguisher supply and servicing at an additional cost
£3000+VAT per annum (£250+VAT per month)
Silver Package
For medium or multi‑site businesses. Includes everything in Start Up and Bronze plus:
• 3 site inspections
• 5 Tender documents
• 20 H&S risk assessments
• 20 COSHH assessments
• 20 PUWER assessments
• 20 Manual handling assessments
• Complementary 365FIRE, fire extinguisher supply and servicing (replacement units or refills at cost)
£4200+VAT per annum (£350+VAT per month)
Gold Package
For larger or national multi‑site organisations. Includes everything in Start Up, Bronze and Silver plus:
• 4 site inspections
• 8 Tender documents

For larger or national multi‑site organisations that want our premium service. Includes everything in Start Up, Bronze, Silver and Gold plus:
• Environmental management system
• 5 site inspections
• 12 Tender documents
• A comprehensive three part health and safety policy and EMS
• 40 H&S risk assessments
• 40 COSHH assessments
